Air Evac Lifeteam was established in 1985 by a group of citizens in West Plains, Mo. The goal was to provide air medical transportation and ensure access to emergency health care for their remote community in the Missouri Ozark region. Although air ambulances were primarily based in metropolitan areas at the time, the company founders believed that the people who needed air medical transport the most were those living in rural areas, often far away from a hospital. That was more than 30 years ago.
Today, Air Evac Lifeteam is the largest independently owned and operated membership-supported air ambulance service in the United States, with more than 125 bases across 15 states.

    Survival Flight Inc.

Survival Flight Inc. is a premier emergency medical transportation company dedicated to air medical transportation focusing on the quality of care to our patients and their safety with aviation medical transportation. Our mission and purpose is serving our customers with unsurpassed and rapid medical services to save lives.

Our top priority is to extend and enhance a patient’s life by safely providing air transport delivery to an immediate in-house medical staff and facility. We passionately serve those who have unexpectedly found themselves threatened by life’s unforeseen situations and devote everything we do to ensure our patients get our full focus and expertise to preserve and enhance their safety until they are transported to the medical care they require. Survival Flight also values the importance of family which is why all Survival Flight aircraft are third rider equipped. This capability allows a patient’s family member to fly with their loved one when necessary. This capability is a true advantage especially in the case when a pediatric patient is flown because a parent or other loved one can fly with the child.

Survival Flight currently has bases in Arkansas, Illinois, Missouri and Oklahoma but will fly anywhere in the United States where our services are needed. Survival Flight utilizes both Bell Helicopters and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft. The Pilatus PC-12 is dispatched just as a helicopter, does not have to be scheduled in advance and can fly when the weather does not permit a helicopter to fly.

Integrity First Bank, N.A. was founded by a group of Mountain Home businessmen interested in the economic growth of the Twin Lakes area and opened its doors for business on December 14, 1963 as First National Bank & Trust Company of Mountain Home with an initial capitalization of $300,000 and a staff of six. The bank’s first executive team was represented by C. N. Kent, Jr., President; Robert F. Lawyer, Executive Vice President; and T. J. McCabe, Chairman of the Board. Other founding directors included Calvin Czeschin; J. D. Dryer; H. E. Keeter; James O’Brien; and Thomas Tinnon.

The bank established branch locations in the Baxter County communities of Gassville and Lakeview in the 1970s to better serve its growing customer base. Expansion beyond the county boundaries was initiated with the acquisition of The Bank of Pocahontas in 2004. This acquisition not only pushed the asset base of the bank over the $375 million mark, but it also added the strength of a 100-year-old local financial institution, further expanding our community relationships. Established in 1903, The Bank of Pocahontas was the oldest and largest financial institution in their community; and like First National Bank & Trust Company, they believed in reinvesting in their community.

In 2006, branch locations in Flippin and Jonesboro were established. Viewing additional growth opportunities, the bank changed its name from First National Bank & Trust Company to Integrity First Bank in 2012 and subsequently established branch facilities in Bentonville in 2013 and Fayetteville in 2014. Today, Integrity First Bank has ten offices in six counties across north Arkansas and an asset base of $435 million managed by 133 associates. The current executive team is composed of Gary Childers, CEO; I. Joe Miles, President & CLO; and Sammie Smith, CFO. The bank’s board of directors includes Cynthia Morris, Chairman; Donna Burnett; Gary Childers; Ed Coulter; Barbie Graham; Steve Luelf; I. Joe Miles; Ted Sanders; and Danny Williams.
